  Here for my weird take ! This is my Dark Knight ! My preferred movie about chaos, order and extrajudicial violence.

  I had no idea going into this filmbro thriller that it would be capable of evoking such a Tarr-esque sense of chaos; serene, infinite and terrifying.

  I really liked Benicio del Toro's weighty and restrained performance.

  I agree with one reviewer's comment that the style maybe doesn't commit to the violence of the content. I guess when I think…

  I want them to make a mental illness movie where recovery isn't a montage its
  -several years of trying different meds and getting fucked up by them
  -remembering and applying patronising but helpful acronyms the psych/therapist gave you
  -not drinking
  -miscalculating where your recovery's at and fucking yourself up by taking on obligations you can't handle yet
  -your heart breaking when you realise that things are bad again
  -not getting where you hoped in your recovery despite doing everything everyone told you to do because none of this is fair
