I think most girls and women can see themselves in Julie at any given point. A beautiful movie about how women are such free spirits in a world where they don't fit in and in which they don't wanna fit in. Forgiving. Passionate. Honest. Empathetic. Qualities that do sometimes make us vulnerable or malleable, or even sometimes make us feel like we are, indeed, the worst person in the world.

You get so attached to Gia and you start despising or even hating most of the people around her and most of the people she encounters.
