Haven’t seen any music biopics besides this, so it’s difficult to compare, but this movie is a banger. Super super fun, love the editing and the musical sequences. Feels genuinely electric at times and feels very personal. The monkey aspect was done very well as well and never felt too quirky or out of place. Definitely worth the watch!
Also, the Rock DJ sequence is probably my favourite scene of the year
