The Vietnamese characters speak in English (in their natural speaking voice) when they spoke amongst themselves, and then when they speak English to American characters, they put on a stereotypical Vietnamese accent. Its really wierd.
There is hardly any spoken Vietnamese in the movie. They should've just done Vietnamese dialogue and subtitled it.
