  Charitably, I'd call this film minimalist

  Uncharitably, I'd say I just watched a slideshow of living room furniture and door-frames with VHS_Noise_Free_Overlay.mpeg set to 30% opacity over top with intermittent whispering children

  Like... electing just to not film anything is certainly a novel way of getting around budget constraints I'll give them that
