  As a fellow catholic, I decided that I was obligated to finish watching this film, even when I felt like leaving one hour in. The parts that were meant to be emotional just ended up making me wince in my seat, while the others ended up just boring me.

  This film has some good aspects, however. As a passion project funded by Wahlberg, one could glance over its small-scale shortcomings and look at the big picture. It tells the story…
