Fantastic atmosphere, acting and world building but def was way overhyped in my opinion. Cinematography and visuals were also top-notch.

The tension and overall buildup was extremely well done and the acting of the 4 main characters were absolutely stunning. Michaels Hoults fear when in the presence of Count was absolutely CHILLING… and I mean come on, William Dafoe doesn’t miss. And while the movie wasn’t scary by any means and used jump scares extremely scarcely, the overall dread really…

Oh man what a Doozy! I loved this movie it kept me on its feet, had great cinematography, and a great take on the serial killer genre!

The twist was well done although my wife said it was super predictable. The lead actor and actress were also fantastic!

Also there were a ton of ambiguous things… as we didn’t know what the intentions of the main actor or the woman were which I think added to the suspense and overall…

It’s so sad when all someone has to do is believe someone.

This movie was… depressing. Bleak. And showed what I’m sure countless of women have gone through.

Overall I think this holds its place amongst revenge movies and shows how one decision can completely ruin a persons life.

Humans, especially men in context of the subject matter, are truly vile creatures.

Be warned though there is a ton of nudity and uncomfortable scenes that truly needed to be there for the intended effect to happen.

    Perfect depiction of humanity.

This movie is wild… a huge psychological look at humanity as a whole. It’s def a dark comedy rooted in humanities flaws.

Both Emma Stone and William Defo put on a master class in acting. Truly next level.

My only complaint is the amount of nudity. Not so much for the nudity itself given the point of it, but if watching with someone else it could def get a little awkward.
