  Hauntingly atmospheric and brings a lot of questions regarding identity and mortality. With its mortality aspect, the story seems like it takes a lot of influence from the novel, Paradise Lost. Although I've never read the story, the film's usage of snakes and the antagonist's disapproval with a higher power made it somewhat apparent.   Kind of serves more as a TV pilot rather than a film. It really needed a longer run time to explore its ideas. The first act insists upon itself for too long, taking away much needed character introductions for some of the cast; hopefully the cast gets fleshed out more in future episodes as it was really cool to see how they adapted to a post-war space colony.
