Saving Face 2004
I could spend this whole review talking about how this was a cute and funny movie, how I loved that it felt warm and authentic to the director, and honestly, how it's one of the best sapphic movies I have recently watched BUT!? Let's talk about the hotdogs!? Why did they eat so many plain hotdogs?? No ketchup!? Mustard!? Onion!? NOTHING!? Whenever they would eat a hotdog together I would yell "Why are you eating plain hotdogs!" to the screen but they COULD NOT BE STOPPED!
Other than that I am excited to watch this movie again one day!

The Idea of You 2024
Pro MILF content!! I thought this was a fun movie showing an Oscar-nominated powerhouse sharing the screen with the dude from Bottoms (not being mean! I love Bottoms!) Some of the stuff that happened was a little ridiculous, but who doesn't love that in a rom-com!
I will mention that the music indeed was bad (you will NEVER be the musical powerhouse that Music and Lyrics is!!)
