  Die flashy Technik aus "Inception", das drama aus "marriage story" und die Sozialkritik aus "severance". Lustig, herzerwärmend und empathisch, der Film hat mich wirklich emotional abgeholt. Nur die etwas stereotype Rollenverteilung fand ich ein downgrade: sie die flippige, verrückte junge Freundin, er der langweilige boyfriend - das habe ich irgendwie schon so oft gesehen (margos Spuren, Sex education, ...)

  Why tell one coherent story that includes complex characters and moments of interesting and suspenseful interaction when you can instead tell many messy stories with incongruent characters that tell the audience explicitly how to feel and, just to be sure, underline every scene with the right music or slomo to convey the right atmosphere? Why depict women in a feminist way with their own life's and interests beyond marriage or caring for others when they can just be superficial characters…

  Zweieinhalb Stunden pures Grauen. Der Film nimmt einen schonungslos mit und zeigt all die schrecklichkeit, vor der viele die Augen verschließen. Ein riesen Mittelfinger an rassistische, gewaltvolle Politik der EU an ihren Grenzen.
