DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY MORE ROSES I NEED TO THROW MORE AT MY TV!!!!!!!

WHAAAAAAAAAAAT????? oh wow. oh WOW. WOW!!!! this was… everything. for the longest time i kept thinking it was good, but not GOOD good. it has the look of those choice games on the ps3 w the framing of the shots and the overall color scheme. once nina starts to slip into this state of psychosis i couldnt look away. i felt myself tied into her twisted…

the shot of their mom's reaction as they sing... that changed me at a chemical level

i found this to be quite magical! the familial relationships here are so tangible and etched into. it really captures the loyalty, annoyance, and dedication of love between sisters, parents and children, and the past existences of love. i initially enjoyed having saoirse's narration, but the longer the film progressed the more i felt her narration cheapened the overall story. it became telling instead…

u can always come back to urself

ohhhhhhh my gooooooood i love this movie. every time i watch i feel new little moments shine in different ways. this time i was really catching onto the ways christine takes the people around her for granted due to wanting more, especially julie. she always puts julie down, and reaps the fruits of their friendship of lunches from her mom’s bf, having someone as a default presence, somewhere to sleepover, emotional support in…

this goes out to all the mothers and daughters out there!

this was alright! some episodes far stronger than others (im looking at u episode 4), but i enjoyed watching. this show felt more like a vessel for kathryn hahn and sarah pidgeon to give good performances rather than having a super compelling, touching story, but i dont entirely mind that. for a miniseries w so little that happens it did feel somewhat unfocused. THAT scene in the finale was tew good tho.

sarah pidgeon i will get u more roles i swear

    hmmmmmmm… huh!

this is a MOVIE. it is more than 80 minutes of shots, performances, and score. characters talk to each other. there is a set. the plot happens! tilda cobham-hervey IS melinda. suki waterhouse and josh hutcherson give performances! it provides the eyes with visuals from start to finish.

as ellie goulding once said, “and we gonna let it burn burn burn burn we gonna let it burn burn burn burn we gonna let it burn burn burn burn we gonna let it burn burn burn burn”
