This was the greatest stumble upon movie. What a funky film. some of the shots were so surreal and like midcentury liminal? Very severance core but also Parker posey and Lisa kudro so it was light and fun?? So beautifully shot. I feel like this movie is the most perfect example of black and white movies that aren’t pretentious, not overcast with shadows, they’re just good. LIKE SOME OF THE MIRROR SHOTS my god. Also Shirley McClain.
