  MONKEY PUMP

  Unintentionally, after finishing this film on the plane, I watched the Conan O’Brien Must Go episode where Conan reenacts the Curse of Poseidon monologue in an old Irish lighthouse, and that was so special.

  I want to be more critical, but I am accepting this is an intentional romanticization. I enjoyed everyone’s performance; however, Lorne Micheal’s portrayal felt off for me. Maybe it was too theatrical? Maybe it’s Mike Myer’s fault? 
  I forgive the corniness and cheesy bits.
