Does anyone know why amazon made this and Map of Tiny Little Things? are they not the same film?

I was concerned for Oscar from The Office the whole film. He hates when Michael Scott makes stereotypes about his Mexican heritage and this film does more than that. In fact, looking at the race representations, I wouldn't be at all surprised if The Proposal was directed by Michael Scott. Maybe this was what Oscar got up to in Season 3 on his leave of absence. It seems like he really hit rock bottom. I hope he's ok
