I'm going to start this review off by saying an extremely popular take: I love this movie. Great cast of characters (seriously, the cast is awesome), introduction of Tommy, fantastic kills, and Joseph Zito's standout directing.

The title credits are great. It's like, a disco version of the main theme! So 80's. And like, the gimmicky 3D text? Just adds to it.
Honestly, I don't get why everyone hates this one. It's better than the first. It's pretty fuckin good imo. Really the only thing that bothers me are some of the shots that remind you "oh yeah, this was made in mind with the novelty of 1982 3D" and it kinda hinders it a bit (like, geez, Andy, put the yoyo away).
This one FINALLY gives Jason the infamous hockey mask.
