  Not a wasted moment or beat, it goes by very quickly and the rhythms of the dialog might lose you if you’re not keen to hear fast talking but it’s not that deep.  Grant and Russell soar on their chemistry alone. They make this look easy. Hawks is a genius this is maybe his greatest film certainly it’s the greatest rom com/ screwball comedy.

  Hepburn and Tracy alone with their chemistry and chops made this a 3/5 but the film isn’t able to lift off for me.  Pleasurable.
