  It is no news that Baker’s style revolves around DRAMA. After watching Red Rocket (2021), I picked up on a lot of things that make his films very distinctive, including his direction of course.

  I wish I had enjoyed watching this as much as most of you did.
  The protagonist’s philosophical approach was so shallow to me, he kept talking and venting about different matters such as religion, politics and morality but it didn’t have the slightest impact on me. I see him as a complete loser no matter how hard he tries to cover that fucked up personality of his with his rambles to other people.

  What a shame. What a shame indeed that the cuntiest character in this movie died in less than a half of the runtime given. Lord Courtley was such an interesting character with unexplored potential, he was so extra and full of himself the entire time, glamouring every and each person that crossed his path.
