this movie gets better the older i get. stephen king is so good at writing about children dealing with the complexities of death. gordie & chris crying about their lives, the way chris comforts gordie over his brothers death. seeing the dead body makes gordie really think about death, and how permanent it is. godamn. so good.

lowkey good… it got kind of crazy. like i understand she’s alone and isolated but girl. asking your mother for a sign… and then getting picked up by a hitchhiker with a baby… is not a sign you should mutilate the mother and steal the baby!!! maybe make a friend! idk. pretty scary and freaky and weird. i liked it.
