Silver Linings Playbook 2012
The first half of this movie was great, but I was disappointed with the rest - it could've been something more profound than a formulaic boy-meets-girl/family drama story. When we're first introduced to these two fucked up characters, I had high hopes that this movie would go where most romantic comedies don't: an anti-romantic comedy, in the form of a romantic comedy. But the plot falls into formula, so that was a big let down for me.
