Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery 1997
if viewed in a vacuum, without considering any of the sequels or the fact that it was a cultural sensation, and viewed solely as a James Bond/spy movie parody, it really works. There are some actually funny and thoughtful scenes. This series is at its best when it's trying to poke fun at spy movies, and not making pop culture references.
