I thought this would be fun sleepover horror but I forgot that doesn't exist any more and so what I got was actually deeply harrowing and scary. Which to be fair I should have anticipated when I heard the Australian accents.

I haven't seen enough of the type of films this film references to really get it so this is a kind of neutral two stars because I feel peer pressured into not aaying i didn't like it.

I feel like I was just forced to endure a dinner party that went on too long.

There was no bite to this, the concept was weak, and the clafouti joke was tired by the second go around. But the performances were all strong.

Every single minute that I was forced to endure of this boring couple's tedious affair was a chore.

Basically just two solid hours of Nicole Kidman getting fingered.

Her outfits were EXQUISITE, though.
