The rape scene was incredibly tasteless and added nothing to the plot. It’s so obvious this movie was written by a man for men. I didn’t care at all about Jeffrey or his problems. Dorothy was by far the most interesting character and it’s a shame she was only used as a plot device for the mediocre male protagonist.
