  despite how beautiful everything is supposed to feel i just couldnt swallow the domestic abuse, how shit of a dad the main character is, and just in general, wim wenders' weird habit of always pairing up extremely young girls with old men or the sleazy predatory way in which he films women in his films.

  i can take a film that tries to empathise with people who've done messed up things, it's what stories are for, but i cannot take…
