a bit of a let down unfortunately. this was my highest anticipated movie of 2025, and with a director like bong joon ho, i was hoping for much more. it was funny, and i think that was its saving grace for me. the plot felt a little shallow. the acting was alright. it just didn’t feel like a bong joon ho movie. i did still enjoy it though as i found it funny and fun to watch.

Scarface 1983
an unbelievably cool movie. i’m so far under the impression that brian de palma has yet to make a bad film. the characters in this movie are so cool, the score is brilliant, the plot is captivating. the camera work is superb as well especially in the closing scene. the dialogue was a highlight for me as well. i genuinely found the dialogue funny at times and it kept me entertained. phenomenal movie
