First time rewatching as an adult and i picked it cause i thought it was relevant to the current political moment……… music is classic, strong female lead (homegirl can SANG) but I didnt remember the Nazis coming in so…nonchalantly??? And the Barons big problem with it is his own National pride and not the fascism???

No Other Land 2024
A human story so old and almost never told here in the colonial heart. Cried through over half the movie.
That being said, this movie makes it all the more clear that the Israeli government has been using Hamas as an excuse to demolish homes and infrastructure on a larger and more terrible scale. Where they were going one house, one school, one drinking well at a time, they instead went for whole city blocks. There’s really no denying what this is and what their goals are.
