  It’s hard to articulate how I feel about Bong Joon Ho’s English language films other than I think they would greatly benefit from being 2D animated. Given how much he already storyboards I feel like he’s so close already and he should tap into the medium. The wackiness, silliness, and tone shifts are all right there. Really enjoyed Pattinson’s performances

  It’s been nearly 20 years since I last watched this movie. In all that time, it’s lived in my mind as something I’ve always considered great—a movie I’d recommend. Yet, for some reason, I never revisited it… until now. Watching it again, I experienced a surprising sense of disillusionment and found myself grappling with why that was.

  By the first 30 minutes, I realized I was already uninvested. My mind began wandering, something that rarely happens with movies I love.…

  Platoon 1986

  Somehow had not seen this one until recently. Some very disturbing imagery and content that most mediocre war movies shy away from and instead rely on action. Great music and scenery, everything gets heightened when you find out more of the behind the scenes and Oliver Stone's involvement in the Vietnam War.

  I'm really hoping for a new 4K rescan with an Atmos upgrade.

  Wonder Woman 1984 2020

  No reason for this movie to be 2.5 hours long. There’s hints of a fun campy movie in there somewhere but this movie just draaaaaaags. Chris Pine once again is the best part of this. Don’t ever wanna watch this again, even the score by Hans Zimmer felt phoned in. If you’re looking to turn your brain off and kill almost 3 hours, this should at least do the trick
