Paints the reality of India quite beautifully, no middle eastern/south Asian yellow fog filter found in this movie ( no shade slum dog millionaire, Dev Patel took notes thank god)

Behind the lens, is a broken man, but today it’s a priest. Gorgeous film. Great use of the still frames and minimal camera movements, feels like collection of photographs as it relates to the premise of the film.
All weak men do is hide behind stern beliefs, especially religion.
If you are a visual artist, please watch this movie, the scenery and composition is worth stealing or at least be inspired. Would watch again and again for references for sure.
