I can't believe "The Day the Earth Stood Still" (1951) ripped this movie off.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe 2005
While it's a little bit cheesy, this movie aged quite well despite being (justly) overshadowed by LOTR, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Harry Potter.
Well casted, well directed, quickly paced, family friendly... This movie has little going against it!
