  This movie oscillates between mediocre and terrible.

  Ultimately, like the prequels, it just didn't really need to exist - the mystery or what we hear in the original is enough to understand and like the character(s).

  This film man...holy christ. This almost has the opposite effect of Episode 3 where it covers so much ground it isn't even remotely entertaining at all, it's awful.

  Rey Palpatine (Skywalker) is somehow worse than Leia's reveal. It's the most thematically confused thing in the whole saga. I don't get why Ben solo had to die but also the skywalker name to carry on and I don't even know what I'm saying.

  Finn and Poe wasted again. New characters boring and lame...holy shit it's Billy Dee Williams and he is 80!!!!!!
