feels like it was made for dudes w moustaches to soyface at. out of sequence plot robs the viewer of what little hope they could have watching this horseshit - that summer and tom would be abruptly crushed and dragged down the street by a tractor trailer. i don’t care how self aware it is, this screenplay absolutely reeks of creepy indie predator.

Three Colours: Blue 1993
This is the only film of the Three Colours trilogy that I have seen, however it has enticed me to watch more. It is slow and atmospheric, quiet, subtle, and overwhelmingly Blue. The cinematography, score, and acting are all fantastic. The viewer feels the deep apathy and the sense of helplessness that comes with grief.
This is a feeling more than anything else.
