  I simply can't comprehend how one can master visual storytelling this much in early 20s. Tbh, couldn't focus on the story. I was mesmerized by every second of it.

  Don't do anything stupid-->cut-->how to be a filmer - This is one of the most halerious filmmaker meta commentery I've ever seen lol

  I personally grew up in a pretty safe sphere, so I can’t relate to the family and friends drama, but hands down, Sean Wang managed to create such a beautifully real and alive film that you can’t help but empathize with Didi on any level as shits happen in his teenager life.

  It's just universal standart drama…
