This movie was somehow back in theaters, and boy am I glad I got to see it in theaters after missing it the first time. Also caught it in the 70mm IMAX!
So good. I think the overall composition and craftsmanship is perhaps what impressed me. Like, it was a three-hour movie but didn't feel like it dragged on, and there was always something to appreciate, whether small and momentary (like the camerawork) or larger and more on the scale…

Loved it. Excellent character portrayals, great cinematography, and nuanced and authentic exploration of its themes (love, gender, familial expectations, being queer in a non-queer-accepting society).
Even as the characters run into conflict, it doesn't feel like it unfairly villainizes anyone, instead humanizing everyone into whole people whose stories and motivations are relatable or, at minimum, understandable. Very touching, would highly recommend, though it deals with some heavy themes.
