i don’t normally say a lot about movies because i feel rather than express but this movie was just wow and i couldn’t think of any better plot or characters, from about 1 hour and 27 minutes in to 1 hour and 31 minutes in has literally changed my personality forever the ocean the “i wish you’d stayed” and meet me in montuak, the music the colour palette used it’s incredible, it’s a film i’ll watch in 20 years and be just as moved as the first time

one of the best black and white movies i’ve ever seen id normally think the ending is quite crap if they don’t end up together but it was so heartwarming definitely in top 20 films
