Certain ideas are done better elsewhere. Cute creatures, robbie patts does good job! I enjoyed the explicit feeling/moments of an entire community treating one person as “expendable” when in reality we do this to every person everywhere always. Wasted steven yuen, which is kinda criminal.
Mark ruffalo’s overacting is genuinely hard to watch, not sure if this little number or his poor things performance is more dog shit. I get his character is suppose to be an emotional outlet for liberals but my god he nearly tanks the movie.
