  Exhuma suffers from the same things the director’s other movies do: bad pacing and poor storytelling.

  Its detriments could be helped with good atmosphere, but the movie lacks that as well. It's loaded with exposition in all the wrong places, and not enough in the right places, which makes the poor telling of its moderately interesting story all the more noticeable. It's all a bit daft.

  Exhuma is not even so-bad-it's-good because it takes itself so damn seriously - and it isn't good enough to do that.
