I watched this a lot as a kid so it could be nostalgia speaking, but there is something so charming about this movie. Steve and Bonnie are extremely likeable as a couple. The kid actors are obviously being fed lines but they're sprinkled in enough to be cute and not annoying.

I think this is a movie that will grow on me the more I watch it over the next decade. The heart is there. The laughs are there. The visuals of course are on point. Chris Pratt really doesn't do anything for me though. I just don't really connect with Starlord. Overall I thought this was a great way to say goodbye to the guardians, and a great close to James Gunn with the MCU.

I really did enjoy a lot of this film. But man, the trippy scenes were all very familiar and repetitive. I was more impressed with what this film could have been rather than what it was. All the performances were fantastic! The characters are what drew me in but after the first hour I knew what the film was and I got a bit fatigued by the run time.

A bunch of bald men who are kind of super heroes but not really. One of my favorites in the franchise.
