Bong Joon Ho is a bit of a “hit (Parasite) or miss (Okja)” director for me and thankfully this one struck the target pretty close to the bullseye. Touching on his usual themes of classism, colonialism, environmentalism, and many other “isms”, Bong once again adapts an existing work and warps it to fit his now recognizable cinematic visuals - a darkly comic, sludgy back world, fun-house mirror reflection of our present day.

NCT DREAM THE MOVIE : In A DREAM 2022
Would have liked this concert doc a lot more if the directors didn’t cut half of the setlist out and rearrange the order…. I like getting to know the members in confessional interviews but I LOVE seeing them perform. I would have enjoyed seeing them sing the ADDITIONAL 18 songs they played that night for the audience :’(
