- The most frustrating and angering films Ive ever seen. I’ve never felt as physically ill as when watching this short.- Note: this is a movie that removes all the bells and whistles. It splices nothing but security footage and bodycam footage. This initially was off putting to me and made me feel as if I wasn’t even watching a movie (it felt more akin to a news reporting).

- I was invested in the story
- The presentation is beautiful
- The depiction of Japanese culture (the good and the ugly) is interesting
- Did I mention how cute the kids were (I’ve never wanted kids until seeing this)- I found this short to be an absolute joy to watch. It speaks of the mundane and beyond documenting true events does not really make you learn anything. Despite this, I found it interesting and beautiful ~ wish I could start everyday with such a dose of joy.
