  The issue for me is that I found it difficult to have the same intensity of feeling for the songs that the characters appeared to have.
  Thus I lacked engagement with the story.
  On the plus side I did stay awake through the whole film.

  One of my favourites, a clever whimsical comedy starring one of my favourite actors, Jimmy Stewart.
  The cast are just tremendous, a really gorgeous film.

  I had heard of this years ago but never seen it.
  I expected a straight story about the gunfight at the OK Corral.
  It’s so much more.
  A tale of un-requited love on several levels.
  I love black and white movies like this - I think it’s so much easier to use light and shadow to convey emotion and action.
  So many iconic scenes. I will be watching again,
