  masterful. really scary. I think so many men have a completely ingrained misogyny that runs so deep they’re not even entirely aware of it themselves.   Seriously so worth watching, absolutely luxuriously rich visuals that just completely sweep you up. Honestly the visual language was so profoundly beautiful, lyrical, transcendental.

  Such an excellent short. Really stylish, mobile and free, but full of emotional truths that are understatedly devastating.

  The different ways of processing grief and loss, is it exploitative to sell your grief, is it entrapping to buy someone else’s?

  I’m really excited to see whatever Djiby Kebe does next. On the strength of this I think he has a truly excellent feature length film in him.
