My favorite part of this is the talk Mike and Harley have after Mike is cut in the hand. There are two sides; Mike’s and Harley’s. I used to have Harley’s pov, now I have Mike’s. I used to think I was SO right, and people don’t understand. Very grateful I got out of that, sometimes you just need someone like Mike to tell you. More than half the time they don’t listen, I hope more people start. Mike was the realest in this film🙏.

A depiction of someone who has their days affected and lost by cramps means so much to me because of how badly it debilitates me. I can’t go without pain medication and my heating pad just like her, and this barely eases. Instead of a heating pad, she uses her hair dryer. Needing to go home because of the pain; I vomit and can be on the verge of losing consciousness, seeing stars, not being able to walk. I haven’t seen cramps expressed in film before so this will stick with me. As a young woman I’m comforted that this is portrayed.
