  Sidney Lumet's directorial debut is one of the best films in the history of cinema. The performances of the actors were surely amazing, but what make this film a masterpiece are its screenplay and cinematography.

  Except for a few minutes, "12 Angry Men" takes place in a single room. It is the embodiment of a perfect minimalist film. Even with the simplicity, it creates the highest level of tension just with the dialogues and the technicalities of the camera.

  Wow! This blew me, specifically the sudden change in the tone of the film in the last act. The acting was phenomenal, especially Charles Melton. The supporting male actor category is going to be tough to choose from at next year's Oscars with him, De Niro and Downey Jr.
  And that background score is never getting out of my head.
