I'm pretty sure this movie title is "SONIC 3 the hedgehog". That's how the titlecards showed it anyway. This was the most weather-active movie we've seen in 4DX so far, however a lot of the 4DX motion didn't sync to what was happening on screen.

Nosferatu 2024
Amused to discover that this is a Christmas movie (in setting, not spirit). Not so pleased to discover that the theater itself was a plague ship, infested with ill movie-goers. Back to the movie: unsettling and deeply hypnotic until maybe the halfway point where it got a bit long in the tooth, could've been half an hour shorter. Happy I got to see this dark, romantic weirdness with my sister on Christmas.

As usual, boys without dads tend to do really well in movies. I thought the casting was mostly done well, the CGI was a bit terrible but I saw this in 4DX and had a fun time. I was rolling my eyes non-stop at the attempts at heroic speeches but I did find myself buying in wholesale on the "what you do in this lifetime echos in eternity" bit. This was great to see in the theater. Big crowd reactions really made this a fun watch. I loved the atmosphere and tension. The lead actress was really mesmerizing. I think we maybe had too much time with some of the elements which lessened the payoffs. Something akin to Harker spending too much time looking at the issue at hand....
