The best book to movie adaptation of a movie I've ever seen. Captures the art style of perfectly as it can for 3D animation and includes so many references to the books as main plot points, as background gags and even the credits have tons of references. Me and my sisters owned nearly all the books as kids and loved them to bits. I'll absolutely have to show them this movie when I get the chance. Watching this instantly made me feel like I was eleven again reading through the books even though that was a decade ago.
