For me Anna Faris is on the Adam Sandler, Jim Carey, Will Ferrel level as far as comedic acting. 
The Wayans brothers are hilarious. 
Shannon Elizabeth is hot as fuck.

Jokes written in 2000 are still platinum in middle school hallways 25 years later. 
Did I mention Shannon Elizabeth is hot as fuck?

Unexpected twist at the end was good but this movie felt very dry. It has its moments but it also kinda of lulled at multiple points. 
I did really like the Wes Anderson esque shot of taco and tatro on the back of the motorcycle sticking there heads out behind the motor biker dude. 
Good fun crime comedy
