Felt a little too quick near the end. I think Garland is one of a kind, and this movie is misunderstood. It’s not Ex Machina, and I hate saying that in something like this, but people are overthinking the political commentary. It’s almost a danger of passing the torch. I love photography, I love the Chromatic Aberration, I love the cast. I will eat anything that Dunst and Plemons are in.

The First Omen 2024
Arkasha, you will be famous. This was beautifully shot, full of evil imagination, and just straight f***in’ wild. Wonderful for a majority of pacing where it allows for more build and then hits you with a bomb of scary. An interesting start to the Omen origins. The ending was a little on the nose for me (like… extended universe feeling) but it kept me locked in.

Riley and I are very similar in that the Joy in my head also comes from Amy Poehler’s voice ever since I was a kid. 💛💙
