Poor Things 2023
I loved how satirical The Lobster and Killing of a Sacred Deer were but they were also pretty heavy on their nihilism. And this bothered me a bit. I think this started to change in The Favorite and finally felt like a real evolution with Poor Things. It’s a beautiful movie, great cinematography, costumes, type design, soundtrack...
