This film is a humorously dark portrayal of the possibility of nuclear war caused by the repeated and consecutive decisions of many dog headed leaders in military and science. Very funny and full of brilliant characters!

Beautifully artistic and an unapologetically direct take on the human condition set in a, whimsical almost steampunk, world. The score is extremely good but also unsettling, the performances are comedic and brilliant, and the cinematography/artistry on display is refreshingly surreal.
