Salem's Lot 2024
Another one that was so disappointing. I honestly could not tell if it was supposed to be a comedy or not (and really tried to give it the benefit of doubt): the pauses were long, the tone was off. Could have been a spoof of Riverdale tbh. Just so sad. We thought that maybe Stephen King owed one to a close friend who really *really* wanted to direct and write a film for the first time. Nope. An actual established director/writer. Sad.
