A film for the true yearners and lovers of the world. Do not watch if you’re not a true yearner. It felt like I was voyeuristically watching 3 different versions of myself in different realities, and each one was the most endearing person i’ve seen on screen. Fun and inspiring will be rewatching!

One of the most interesting movies with no plot. Two extremely likable characters played by two extremely likable actors with extremely likable chemistry. A celebration of spontaneity, youth, travel, and life & death. Makes you want to go outside, meet someone, and fall in love. 11/10.

One of David Lynch’s most personally relatable films, in the sense that I find fatherhood alien and nauseating. Terrific miss en scène with every emotion being amplified by the chiaroscuro lighting & Jack Nance’s performance. My favorite Lynch film so far and the start of Nance & Lynch’s legendary partnership.
